We ran a complex promotion service of the ITM Warsaw tourist fairs - from their introduction onto the market up to strengthening their position on it.
We were responsible both for their complex PR service, and their advertising campaign conducted in the press, the internet, on the radio, tv and out-of-home formats. We negotiated sponsor and barter agreements.
The PR and advertising campaign was run by us in two channels – part of it was adressed to consumers – the potential trade fair guests (B2C), and part to companies and institutions from the tourist branch – the potential exhibitors and business guests of the fairs (B2B).
The fairs developed instantaneously – after the first edition, the number of exhibitors rose by 60%, and after the second one – by 20%!
